The Ateneo de Davao University (ADDU) and Universitas Dhyana Pura Bali (UNDHIRA) in Bali, Indonesia, have rolled out the Visiting Lecturer Program, a collaborative academic initiative that enables faculty members and researchers to contribute to scholarly discussions across various disciplines and research fields.
This month, in partnership with the UNDHIRA International Office, the Faculty of Health and Sciences, the Faculty of Medicine, and the Faculty of Education and Humanities, Dr. De Mar M. Bangeles of the Ateneo de Davao Department of Psychology served as the visiting lecturer. He presented on the theme “Mental Health in Educational Communities” through two online sessions: Recognizing and Measuring Distress, held on 9 June 2026; and Encouraging Help-Seeking Behavior in the Digital Era, held on 11 June 2026.
With the online sessions now concluded, both ADDU and UNDHIRA are looking forward to continuing this engagement through an in-person visiting lecture in the upcoming semester.
