GLOBAL CITIZENSHIP FUND TO SUPPORT STUDENT MOBILITY
The Global Citizenship Fund is proposed to ensure affordability while maximizing impact. To sustainably finance these international programs and initiatives, GCF suggests the inclusion of a nominal fee in the miscellaneous charges of all students, from Basic Education to Higher Education units.
Step 1
student submission
Students log in using their ADDU credentials and fill out the online form. They upload required documents such as the Letter of Intent and Notice of Acceptance (NOA) before submitting their application. Only students who have been officially accepted into an international program may proceed with the application.
Step 2
aim staff verification
Once submitted, AIM staff receive an automated email notification. They review the application to confirm completeness and endorsement by the Department Chairperson. If incomplete, the application is returned for correction. If verified, it is automatically forwarded to the GCFC for evaluation.
Step 3
committee evaluation
Members of the GCFC are notified once verification is complete. They log in to the portal to evaluate applications using approved rubrics and may view the assessments of other members to maintain fairness and consistency.
Step 4
Consolidation and Review
After all evaluations are submitted, the portal automatically compiles the results and generates a summary report for the AIM Director’s final review and deliberation.
Step 5
final notification
Following the AIM Director’s decision, the system automatically sends an email to the applicant indicating whether the application has been approved, denied, or returned for further information.
