GLOBAL ATENEO: INTERNATIONALIZATION WEEK 2025

At Ateneo de Davao University (ADDU), internationalization extends beyond mobility. We aspire to strengthen strategic collaborations that advance the university’s mission and shape a globally engaged academic community.

To bring this vision to life, the University, through its Ateneo Internationalization for Mindanao (AIM) Office, in partnership with the Davao Colleges and Universities Network (DACUN) Internationalization and Linkages Committee and the CHED International Relations Officer Network in Region XI (IRON XI), will host the Global Ateneo: Internationalization (IZN) Week on 15-18 October 2025.

This event positions internationalization as a driving force of 21st-century higher education, emphasizing the need to remain adaptive, resilient, and forward-looking in the face of global shifts and crises. It will bring together the ADDU community and Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in the Davao Region for sessions on internationalization, partnership building, global citizenship, and collaborative learning exchanges.

We are happy to invite you to this year’s IZN Week, a celebration of global engagement, collaboration, and action. Participants can look forward to online, onsite, and hybrid sessions and workshops that will provide opportunities for meaningful and formative discussions and exchanges, and experience internationalization in action.

As stated in University Memorandum No. 2025-0086, issued by the University President on 10 October 2025, Ateneo de Davao University is currently operating under a skeletal workforce, with asynchronous classes and work-from-home arrangements in place from 11 to 18 October 2025 to prioritize everyone’s safety and well-being.

Registration for IZN Week is temporarily closed and will reopen once new dates are confirmed. Updates will be shared through our official Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/ADDUInternationalOffice/) and via email (international@addu.edu.ph).
