The Ateneo Internationalization for Mindanao Office conducted the General Assembly for the international students currently enrolled in the Ateneo de Davao University. It is organized to inform students of important announcements and serve as a venue to develop camaraderie between their fellow international students.

The program was officially started with the Welcome Remarks given by ADDU Executive Vice President Jeremy Eliab. He encouraged the students to enrich their university life not only on the academic aspect but also with their personal relationships with their Filipino classmates.

To inform students of their documentary requirements, AIM Process Coordinator Gillian Porras discussed the immigration process, updates, and reminders.

On top of these, AIM Director Vinci Bueza recognized the undergraduate students who excelled academically and made it to the Dean’s and President’s List.

To end the gathering, students shared their stories of struggles and success in the past school year where all of the classes were done online. Majority of the students expressed their eagerness to go back to face-to-face classes and engagements.
