On 15 September 2023, we welcomed our new University President, Fr. Karel S. San Juan, SJ, who succeeded Fr. Joel E. Tabora, SJ. Fr. Joel E. Tabora, SJ, had been our dedicated University President from 2011 to 2023. During his remarkable tenure, Fr. Tabora\u2019s visionary leadership significantly contributed to the growth and transformation of our institution. His unwavering commitment to our vision and mission left an indelible mark on Ateneo de Davao University.<\/p>\n

Fr. Karel S. San Juan, SJ, our new President, is well-prepared to continue our legacy of excellence. He brings a wealth of experience and dedication to his new role. Fr. San Juan is committed to upholding the vision and mission that Ateneo de Davao University stood for, and we have every confidence in his leadership.<\/p>\n
