The Ignatian Spirituality and Formation Office (ISFO) of Ateneo de Davao University, in collaboration with the Office of Academic Vice President (AVP) and the Human Resource and Development Office (HRMDO), conducted the Culminating Activity for the Batch 10 Faculty Inductees last March 22, 2023, at the Academic Council Workroom and Archives, 7th Floor of the CCFC Building.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The induction program is two years of Orientation and Discernment for the new members of the Ateneo community. ISFO and its partner offices will introduce the participants to the Institution’s Vision-Mission and Foundational Sources of Ignatian Spirituality and AdDU’s Way of proceeding. The inductees will journey through personal clarity and integration, which is adequate for the person to intentionally appropriate the Institutional Vision-Mission and elect to become part of the AdDU mission partner.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n It consists of two parts: the initial Orientation, with eleven (11) sessions conducted during August and September last year, and the nine (9) Formative Sessions given during the 2nd semester of year one and 1st and 2nd semesters of year two. The Ignatian Spirituality and Formation Office will provide a yearly retreat to the participants.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The eleven participants are accompanied by their respective Deans and Program chair during the culminating activity. The Academic Vice President, <\/span>Ms. Gina Montalan<\/span>, HRMDO Team and Director, <\/span>Atty. Niceforo Solis Jr. <\/span>and the ISFO Team were also present during the event. ISFO Director, Fr. Jessel \u2018JBoy\u2019 Gerard M.
