With the online learning set-up, the orientation was conducted through Zoom video conference.<\/p>\n
The program was officially started with an opening message given by the Director of the Ateneo Internationalization for Mindanao Office, Mr. Romulo Vinci R. Bueza.<\/p>\n

The participants were given an opportunity to get to know their colleagues and companions through a series of ice breakers and creative introductions as well.<\/p>\n
To introduce service-learning as the framework of the program, the talk on “Electronic Service-Learning – Learning by Engaging in Virtual Space: An Orientation” was given by Mr. Dyester G. Abo-Abo, Service Learning Program OIC-Coordinator of the Arrupe Office of Social Formation.<\/p>\n
The orientation was also attended by the representatives from the Office of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process (OPAPP). On behalf of OPAPP, Ms. Vanessa Vianca S. Pallarco, Director of the Social Healing and Peacebuilding Department, gave a message to the participants.<\/p>\n
To formally end our orientation, Ms. Agnes J. Sagaral, Director of the Arrupe Office of Social Formation, gave the closing message.<\/p>\n
The IE-SLP November cycle is a 4-week global experiential and formative opportunity under the service-learning framework. This program is co-implemented by OPAPP. It is the first of the series of “Our Bangsamoro: Living and Learning Together in Peace and Fraternity” Project.<\/p>\n
