The Ateneo de Davao University (ADDU) offers a vibrant and dynamic school life to its students as it offers activities and programs that enrich not only their academic aspect, but also their social, spiritual, and nationalistic senses. ADDU aims to hone s<\/span>ui generis\u00a0<\/span><\/i>leaders by forming global leaders for local impacts. Students engage on clubs and organizations\u2014<\/em>Spiritual or Religious, Socio-political or Socio-civic, and Cultural\u2014<\/em>that cater to a varied range of interests.<\/span><\/p>\n

Aside from different clubs and organizations, the University conducts events such as the annual Ateneo College Fiesta<\/strong><\/em> to solemnize the Feast of Our Lady of the Assumption, the\u00a0Palarong Atenista\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>to promote sportsmanship and camaraderie through sports, and the Festival of Excellence <\/em><\/strong>to\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>celebrate cultures, artistry, and knowledge through inter-cluster competitions.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Students are also given the opportunity for spiritual formation through retreats, recollections, and formation sessions conducted by the Campus Ministry Office and Ignatian Spirituality and Formation Office.<\/p>\n

Studying for a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering at Ateneo de Davao University has been a transformative journey. It did not just give me engineering technical skills but also the clarity to make the right decisions, move forward with assertion, and awareness about our society\u2019s needs and the urgency to give back.<\/p>\n

Completing my bachelor\u2019s definitely prepared me to face the engineering industry with confidence. On top of that, I learned several skills that have made my life more structured and meaningful. Magis<\/em> is at the top of my list, meaning the habit of doing more than the minimum requirement to get away with it, hustling a little bit more, and being persistent for a little longer has always helped me achieve great results.<\/p>\n
